For your first yoga class, just bring a positive mindset, comfortable clothing, a water bottle, and a towel. We provide mats and props, though you’re welcome to bring your own. 

No, you don’t need to be flexible to start yoga. Our classes accommodate all fitness levels. Over time, your flexibility and strength will naturally improve.
