Jules

Julz has been teaching barre for over 8 years and has a love of mindful movement. She is a triple threat, trained in barre, yoga and mat pilates. Her classes are high energy with an encouragement to always follow what feels right in your body. Julz’s motto is to challenge not to strain the body and she ensures her clients have the options they need in class to get the most out of their workout.
