Built Around Your Workday
We know what a busy work day looks like. Tight lunch breaks. Early starts. The temptation to just stay at your desk. That’s exactly why our timetable is designed around you.
Before Work Classes
Start your day already feeling accomplished. Early morning sessions mean you can walk into the office energised, not rushed.
Lunchtime Classes
Get your full workout, shower and lunch in before you’re back at your desk. Our middle of the day Pilates, Yoga and Reformer classes are timed for the precinct’s lunch window, so you can move without missing a meeting.
After Work Classes
Decompress before you head home. Evening classes and recovery sessions (Infrared Sauna, Contrast Therapy, Compression Boots) help you shake off the day before you leave the building.
